"Red sky in morning, sailors take warning"... Well, this could be either sunrise or sunset, I guess ("Red sky at night, sailor's delight" is the other part of that saying). I hadn't done much investigation in ship's rigging when I drew this; just wanted to evoke the feeling captured in any number of paintings and movies.
