Escherian Flight

This is a combined image involving a Terragen landscape -- in this case an image I called Island in the Sun (no association with the movie) -- onto which has been imposed a pattern derived from an op art pattern I was playing with which had come out resembling a flight of birds, similar to some of M. C. Escher's work. I should quickly point out that the pattern is random and does not have the optical qualities of his designs; it merely is reminiscent of them.
