Mimeograph image prepared for Apa F, if I recall correctly. Smoke pours from the pipe of one of these gnome bookends... Ah hah! Hiding in plain sight? I amused myself with selecting the titles for the bookshelf. I think some of them are inserted upside down — though I've seen book spines printed in reverse from what I believe is standard, which is readable with the head tilted to the right rather than the left, a la the Worlds in Collision here. Have these gnomes been a bit mischievous? Or are they of European stock, where such is the practice, I'm told. By the way, the title on the first book on the left is "Necronomicon" of HPL origin. It could be misread.
